Phenylsulfamate sweet tastant that is detectable by humans. 'First generation' sweetener studied in animal models for its carcinogenic potential.Sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate is incompatible with strong oxidizing agents, strong acids and strong bases. Also incompatible with nitrites in acid solution. Has only limited compatibility with potassium salts.
