Dexibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It is the alive dextrorotatory enantiomer of ibuprofen.Most ibuprofen formulations accommodate a racemic admixture of both isomers.

Dexibuprofen works by blocking the aftereffect of chemicals in your body, alleged cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes.
